Boyes Lifting Club · Dubai & online

Coaching for people who take their training seriously.

One-to-one coaching in Dubai and online. A programme written for you, nutrition targets that fit your life, and a weekly review with me — so every week is accounted for.

01 — How it works

Assess. Programme. Review. Repeat.

The method doesn't change whether you train with me in Dubai or from the other side of the world. What changes is the detail — and the detail is where the results are.

01

Assess

We start with where you actually are: training history, schedule, food, sleep, and what you want from this. From that I set your starting targets and write your first phase.

02

Programme

You train from a 12-week phase written for you — exercises, sets, reps, tempo and effort — and every session is logged, so we can see progression rather than guess at it.

03

Review

Each Sunday you complete a short check-in. I read it alongside the week's numbers and write back with what changes: training, nutrition, or both.

02 — What's included

Everything a serious result needs. Nothing it doesn't.

No apps full of features you'll never open. One system, kept simple on purpose, that you'll actually use every day.

  • A programme written for you, in 12-week phases
  • Nutrition targets for training and non-training days
  • Daily tracking of weight, steps, sleep and energy
  • A logbook that shows progression and flags personal records
  • A weekly check-in with a written response from me
  • Adjustments whenever the data says so
  • A direct line to me for questions between check-ins

03 — The tracker

One place for the whole picture.

Every client works from the Boyes Lifting Club tracker: your programme, your logbook, your daily numbers and your check-ins, together in one place. Nothing lives in your head or in a notes app.

You log the work. The tracker shows the trend. We make decisions from what's actually happening — not from how the week felt.

How the tracker works
Week 7 · Phase 1Example
Average weight84.2 kg−0.4
Sessions completed4 / 4PR ×2
Average steps9,860+640

Nutrition adherence9 / 10+1
Coach response: Strength moving well on the lower days. Holding calories this week; adding a fourth set to the top pressing movement.

04 — The coach

Gavin Boyes.

I coach one to one, in Dubai and online, and I keep everything measured. Most of my clients are busy people whose weeks don't bend around a training plan — so the plan bends around the week, and the numbers tell us whether it worked.

I built the tracker my clients use because nothing off the shelf did what I needed. And I lift. The programme I write for you is the kind of programme I'd follow myself.

About Gavin

05 — Who it's for

Not for everyone. That's the point.

I coach a small number of clients at a time so each one gets proper attention. It works best when you want the same thing I do.

This is for you if

  • You want structure and someone who checks the work
  • You'll log your training and your food, honestly
  • You'd rather understand why than just be told what
  • You're thinking in months, not weeks

Probably not if

  • You're after a quick fix or a challenge with a finish line
  • You won't track anything
  • You want a programme sent over and left alone
  • Price is the main thing you're comparing
