Coaching

Two ways to work together.

In person in Dubai, or online from anywhere. The system is the same. The difference is whether I'm standing next to you.

In person · Dubai

One-to-one sessions

We train together in Dubai. You get coaching on technique in the room, effort managed set by set, and everything in the online programme running between sessions — so the days we don't train are as deliberate as the days we do.

Online · Anywhere

Coached remotely

Your programme, nutrition targets, tracker and weekly check-in, wherever you train. Built for people who are comfortable in a gym and want expert direction and accountability rather than someone counting reps.

What every client gets

The same system, whichever way we work.

Each part exists because it changes a decision. If it didn't, it wouldn't be here.

Assessment
A proper look at your training history, schedule, food, sleep and goals before anything is written. Your starting targets come from this, not from a formula alone.
Programme
Written in 12-week phases around your split and your week. Every exercise carries sets, reps, tempo, rest and an effort target, so you always know what a good session looks like.
Nutrition
Calorie and protein targets for training and non-training days, set to your goal and adjusted as your body responds. Where it helps, a meal plan built around food you actually eat.
Daily tracking
Weight, steps, sleep, energy, mood and cravings — thirty seconds a day. Averaged weekly so we see the trend, not the noise.
Logbook
Every set logged against the prescription. The tracker works out session volume, progression against your last session, and flags personal records automatically.
Sunday check-in
A short weekly form — adherence, hurdles, how the week went — read alongside your numbers. You get a written response from me with what changes for the week ahead.
Between check-ins
A direct line to me for questions that shouldn't wait until Sunday.

The tracker

Built for the way real training goes.

The Boyes Lifting Club tracker is the workbook every client runs on. It holds your programme phase by phase, your session logbook, your daily numbers and your check-in history — and it does the arithmetic so you don't have to.

It flags a stalled weight trend, a run of low adherence, or a week where you were ill, so nothing gets missed in the review. And because every phase stays in the same file, we can look back over months, not just weeks.

Clients open it from Client access on this site, in Excel on their phone or laptop.

Investment

Priced for people who intend to finish.

Programmes run in 12-week phases. Meaningful change takes more than one, so think in months rather than weeks.

Questions

The things people ask before they apply.

How long do people work with you?
Programmes run in 12-week phases and the tracker is built for three of them. Most of the change people are after happens over a few phases, not one.
Do I need a gym?
For the standard programme, yes. If you train at home or in a building gym, tell me what you have and I'll write for it.
What happens when I travel?
It's Dubai — everyone travels. Tell me the dates and I'll adjust the week rather than have you abandon it.
How does the check-in work?
Every Sunday you fill in a short form inside your tracker. I read it with your week's numbers and write back with the plan for the week ahead.
Can I move between in person and online?
Yes. The programme and tracker carry across, so nothing is lost when your schedule changes.
